Employees of «E.Meshalkin National Medical Research Center» of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, MD D.A. Astapov , PhD I.V. Pchelina, within the framework of the federal project “Development of a network of national medical research centers and the introduction of innovative medical technologies” assessed the organization and quality of medical care for patients with cardiovascular diseases in Altai Republic.
During the visit, the specialists studied the statistics of morbidity and mortality from cardiovascular diseases in the region, medical history, examination and treatment schemes for patients with emergency conditions and chronic cardiovascular diseases, program and regulatory documents in the field of health protection.
Recommendations based on the results of the event will be presented to the management and specialized specialists of the regional healthcare, as well as to the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
