On 3 and 4 September 2020, employees of «E.Meshalkin National Medical Research Center» of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, MD V.M. Nazarov, PhD I.V. Pchelina, T.G. Narygina within the framework of the federal project “Development of a network of national medical research centers and the introduction of innovative medical technologies” assessed the organization and quality of medical care for patients with cardiovascular diseases in The Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
In addition to analyzing the statistics of morbidity and mortality of the population from diseases of the circulatory system, the current targets of the regional program “Control Cardiovascular Diseases” taking into account the work in the conditions of a new coronavirus infection, an assessment of all levels of organization of medical care, routing schemes of patients was carried out, medical records of patients were studied , the procedure for organizing preferential drug provision for cardiac patients, pharmacovigilance and control over medical products. During their work, the experts paid special attention to the level of informatization of processes in medical organizations and in the region as a whole.
The preliminary results of the field event for the development of specialized, including high-tech, medical care for cardiovascular diseases within the framework of the regional project “Combating Cardiovascular Diseases” were discussed at a working meeting with the participation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) E.A. Borisova, chief surgeon of the republic V.P. Ignatiev, specialists of the regional ministry, heads of republican hospitals.
