Specialists of «E.Meshalkin National Medical Research Center» of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation assessed the organization and quality of medical care in the field of “cardiovascular surgery” in the constituent entity of the Russian Federation “Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Yugra”

October 16, 2020 the Deputy Director of Meshalkin Center, MD Astapov D.A. within the framework of the federal project “Development of a network of national medical research centers and the introduction of innovative medical technologies” assessed the organization and quality of medical care for patients with cardiovascular diseases in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Yugra.

During the visit, the indicators of the regional program “Fight against cardiovascular diseases”, the procedure for routing patients for the provision of specialized, including high-tech medical care of circulatory system diseases, including the provision of medical care for acute coronary syndrome were studied.

The expert visited the Center for Diagnostics and Cardiovascular Surgery of the District Cardiological Dispensary (Surgut), held meetings with the heads of specialized departments on the state and prospects of development of specialized, including surgical, medical care for cardiovascular pathology, continuity of patient management “hospital-polyclinic”.

The issues of informatization of health care in the region on the creation of modules of the unified state health information system, the formation of a register of patients with high-risk cardiovascular diseases were studied. All activities were carried out taking into account the sanitary and epidemiological situation in the region.

Preliminary results were discussed at a meeting with the participation of the chief physician of the KHMAO-Yugra «The regional cardiology clinic», chief freelance cardiologist of the KHMAO-Yugra I. A. Urvantseva, chief freelance doctor-cardiovascular surgeon V. V. Romashkin, Deputy chief doctor for polyclinic work R. R. Suleymanov, Deputy chief doctor for quality of medical care A. M. Sobolev and heads of clinical divisions.

All recommendations resulting from the retreat will be presented to the leadership of the Ministry of Health of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, the administration of the medical organization, chief specialists in the areas, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
